V/Line is the largest provider of train and coach services in regional Victoria and the V/Line ticketing system operates on these services.

myki is valid for travel on V/Line services in Zone 1 and 2 to Sunbury and Melton.

myki is also valid for travel on V/Line rail services operating wholly within the Geelong (between Lara and Marshall), Bendigo (between Eaglehawk and Kangaroo Flat) and Ballarat (between Wendoree and Ballarat) transit systems.
