FlexiRide is an on-demand bus service. FlexiRide has no fixed route and only operates when booked. Passengers can book a trip from their nearest physical or virtual bus stop and travel to or from the designated FlexiRide bus hubs in the same service area.

Passengers with mobility needs can pre-book a tailored service by requesting a door-to-door pick-up and drop-off service when booking via the phone. Passengers can also use the app to let the driver know if wheelchair access is required.
FlexiRide Woodend is a cash service. Tickets are available from the driver.

FlexiRide Yarrawonga and Mulwala
Service has no fixed route; the driver will take the most efficient route depending on the location of the stops that need to be served on the trip. The service departs from the town centre just board the taxi prior to departure time and advise the driver what stop is required. The service area is shown in the below map.

Customers wishing to board this service away from Yarrawonga town centre must call Yarrawonga – Mulwala Taxis on 1300 136 839.
Please note Pre-bookings for the service (on 1300 136 839) for departures from any bus stop other than the town centre stop in Orr Street are required and must be made at least 10 minutes prior to the timetabled departure time from Orr Street. Please advise the operator the nearest bus stop location to be picked up from.
