Victoria Police Protective Services Officers

Victoria Police Protective Services Officers (PSOs) are there to keep you safe when travelling on Melbourne's train network.

PSOs patrol the network from 6pm every night until the last scheduled service.

At a cost of $212 million, the Victorian Government is introducing 940 Victoria Police Protective Services Officers progessively to every train station in metropolitan Melbourne and major regional train stations to improve safety for customers.

The program will improve safety on the public transport network. Victoria Police will recruit and train the 940 Protective Services Officers by November 2014.

See below to view which stations are patrolled with PSOs. This list will continue to grow as PSOs begin patrolling at every metropolitan station.
