Visit the new PTV Hub at 750 Collins Street

Added: 26 June 2013

Public Transport Victoria (PTV) has increased the number of face-to-face touch points in Melbourne’s CBD by opening a second one-stop-shop PTV Hub.

The new PTV Hub is located at 750 Collins Street, Docklands 3008.

The Docklands is a fast growing area of Melbourne, with some 12,000 people coming to work each day and approximately 6500 residents. This new PTV Hub is another information hotspot for all Melburnians, as well as the thousands of people who pass through the Docklands each day.

At the new PTV Hub, customers have a face-to-face customer service experience covering all information about Victoria’s public transport network. First time users are able to purchase and register a myki, download the PTV app, plan their journey and familiarise themselves with the network before using public transport.

All student, concession card and free travel pass application services have transferred from the PTV Hub at Southern Cross Station to the PTV Hub at Collins Street.

You can also get a free on the spot replacement of a non-operational myki at the PTV Hub at 750 Collins Street, as well as any Premium Station.

The balance on your old card will be transferred to the new one as part of the replacement process, but may take up to 24 hours to appear on your new myki depending on your situation.

For more information, see replace a myki on the spot
