From Mentone Railway Station bus runs via Como Parade West, Florence Street, Plummer Road, Balcombe Road, Bluff Road, Wickham Road, Spring Road, Carrington Street, Keiller Street, Nepean Highway and Station Street to the terminus at Moorabbin Railway Station.

To Southland

Departs from the terminus at Moorabbin Railway Station in the Nepean Highway Service Road and runs via Nepean Highway Service Road, Keiller Street, Carrington Street, Spring Road, Wickham Road, Bluff Road, Balcombe Road, Plummer Road, Florence Street, Mentone Parade and Como Parade West to Mentone Railway Station. From Mentone Railway Station bus runs via Balcombe Road and Nepean Highway to the terminus at Southland Shopping Centre.
