NightRider Route 966 travels via the Mooroolbark, Lilydale, Montrose loop from Croydon to Croydon Post Office. It then runs via Croydon Post Office, Main St, Mt Dandenong Rd, Carcoola Rd, Maroondah Hwy (Whitehorse Rd) and the reverse of the outbound route to Bourke St, terminating in Swanston St south of Flinders La. NIGHTRIDER STOPS: Hail NightRider at any specially marked NightRider stop. Alight at any safe location along the route - just let the driver know.
NightRider Route 966 departs from the City terminus in Swanston St between Flinders La and Flinders St and runs via Swanston St, Flinders St, Russell St, Bourke St, Spring St, Nicholson St, Victoria St, Barkers Rd, High St, Doncaster Rd, Tram Rd, Station St, Maroondah Hwy (Whitehorse Rd), Mt Dandenong Rd, Dublin Rd, Maroondah Hwy, Kent Av, Coolstore Rd, Windsor Rd, Hewish Rd and Main Street to the terminus at Croydon Post Office. LILYDALE LOOP: From Croydon bus operates a loop via Mooroolbark, Lilydale and Montrose before returning to Croydon. Departs from the terminus at Croydon Post Office and runs via Main St, Mt Dandenong Rd, Hawthory Rd, Cambridge Rd, Manchester Rd, Maroondah Hwy, Main St (Lilydale), Anderson St, Swansea Rd, Hereford Rd, Birmingham Rd, Swansea Rd, Mt Dandenong Rd, Springfield Rd, Hewish Rd and Main St to the terminus at Croydon Post Office. A connection to NightRider Route 965 is available at the Lilydale terminus. NIGHTRIDER STOPS: Hail NightRider at any specially marked NightRider stop.
