Departs from the La Trobe University Bus terminus near the corner of Plenty Rd and Kingsbury Dr then travels via Science Dr, Ring Rd, Waterdale Rd, Dougharty Rd, Oriel Rd North, Bell St, Oriel Road South, Livingstone St, Grange Rd, Chandler Hwy, Eastern Fwy, Hoddle St, Victoria Pde, Latrobe St, Russell St to the Federation Square terminus near to the corner of Russell St and Flinders St.

To La Trobe University

Departs from the Federation Square terminus near the corner of Russell St and Flinders St, then travels via Russell St, Bourke St, Exhibition St, Victoria Pde, Hoddle St, Eastern Fwy, Chandler Hwy, Grange Rd, Livingstone St,Oriel Road South, Bell St, Oriel Rd North, Dougharty Rd, Waterdale Rd, Ring Rd, Science Dr to the La Trobe University Bus terminus near the corner of Plenty Rd and Kingsbury Dr. Temporary diversion for bus route 340 Effective Monday 31 December between 6pm and the last service Due to the closure of Flinders Street for New Year’s Eve celebrations, bus route 340 to the City will terminate at Bourke Street. Buses will depart the Bourke Street stop 4 minutes after the scheduled departure time from Russell Street. PLEASE NOTE: Route 340 operates a Summer Timetable during the holiday period.
