Departs from the terminus at Brighton Beach Railway Station and runs via South Rd, New St, Rusden St and Horne St to Elsternwick Railway Station then via Glenhuntly Rd, Brighton Rd, Hotham St, Williams Rd, Malvern Rd, Commercial Rd (Alfred Hospital, Prahran Market & Chapel St), St Kilda Rd (Shrine of Remembrance), Southbank Bvd (NGV), City Rd, Power St, Queensbridge St and Flinders St to City terminus in Queen St, between Collins St and Flinders La.
