Departs from the terminus at the corner of Warrandyte Rd and Oban Rd and travels via Warrandyte Rd, Ringwood- Warrandyte Rd, Milne Rd, Berringa Rd, Park Rd, Mitcham Rd, Springfield Rd, Middleborough Rd, Eastern Fwy, Hoddle St, Victoria Pde, Gisborne St, Albert St, Lonsdale St, Queen St to the terminus at the corner of Queen St and Little Collins St.

To North Ringwood

Departs from the terminus at the corner Queen St and Collins St then travels via Queen St, Lonsdale St, Albert St, Gisborne St, Victoria Pde, Hoddle St, Eastern Fwy, Middleborough Rd, Springfield Rd, Mitcham Rd, Park Rd, Berringa Rd, Milne Rd, Ringwood-Warrandyte Rd, Warrandyte Rd to the terminus on Warrandyte Rd near the corner of Oban Rd. PLEASE NOTE: Route 303 no longer sets down passengers at Doncaster Park+Ride - passsengers are advised to use Routes 309, 907 or 908 instead.
