Departs from terminus near the entrance of the Boeing car park and travels via Wharf Rd, Todd Rd, Lorimer St to the roundabout at the end of Lorimer St, then via Lorimer St, Salmon St, Williamstown Rd, Normanby Rd, Montague St, Wurundjeri Way, Batmans Hill Dr, Collins St and Market St to the terminus near the corner of Market St and Flinders St. PLEASE NOTE: Some early morning trips operate direct from the Wharf Rd terminus and do not operate via the Lorimer St extension.

To Fishermans Bend

Departs from the terminus at the corner of Market St and Flinders St (City) and runs via Flinders St, William St, Collins St, Batmans Hill Dr, Wurundjeri Way, Montague St, Normanby Rd, Williamstown Rd, Salmon St, Lorimer St, Todd Rd, Wharf Rd to the terminus near the entrance of the Boeing car park in Lorimer St (Fisherman's Bend). PLEASE NOTE: Some early morning trips operate direct to the Wharf Rd terminus and do not operate via the Lorimer St extension.
