Departs from the teminus at the corner of Queen St and Collins St then travels via Queen St, Lonsdale St, Albert St, Gisborne St, Victoria Pde, Hoddle St, Eastern Fwy, Doncaster Rd, High St, Foote St, Reynolds Rd, Springvale Rd to the Donvale terminus at the corner of Springvale Rd and Mitcham Rd. NOTE: Weekday afternoon peak period trips depart from a slightly different central city stop than services at other times. The peak only stop is opposite Tattersalls Lane.
