Note: Some Saturday and all Sunday services commence from Loddon Prison and do not serve Chewton.

Departs from Castlemaine Station and operates via Templeton St, Barker St, Lyttleton St, Mostyn St, Castlemaine RSL, Barker St, Forest St, Duke St, Wallace St, Hitchcock St, Loddon Prison, Hitchcock St, Wallace St, Duke St, Pyrenees Hwy and Main Rd to Chewton terminus.
