From The Esplanade (St Kilda) trams run via Carlisle Street, Balaclava Road, Hawthorn Road, Dandenong Road and Glenferrie Road to terminate near Cotham Road (Kew).

To Melbourne University via St Kilda Beach

Trams commence in Glenferrie Road near Cotham Road (Kew) and run via Glenferrie Road, Dandenong Road, Hawthorn Road, Balaclava Road and Carlisle Street to The Esplanade (St Kilda). From The Esplanade (St Kilda) trams run via Fitzroy Street, St Kilda Road and Swanston Street (City) to near Faraday Street (University of Melbourne).
