Departs from the terminus at Sunshine Railway Station ( Bay 4 of the Bus Interchange) and runs via Dickson St, Withers St, Devonshire Rd, Hampshire Rd (Sunshine Plaza), Ballarat Rd, Ashley St (Ashley Gardens Holiday Village, Central West Shopping Centre & Braybrook Shopping Centre), Barkly St, Victoria St, Paisley St, French St (Footscray Plaza) and Irving St near Footscray Railway Station. From Irving St, bus runs via Nicholson St (Victoria University), Napier St, Footscray Rd, Dudley St, Peel St, William St (Victoria Market), A'Beckett St and Queen St to City Terminus at the corner of Flinders La and Queen St. From City bus runs via Flinders St, Queens Bridge (Crown Casino), Power St, City Rd, Southbank Bvd, St Kilda Rd (Shrine of Remembrance), Commercial Rd (Alfred Hospital, Prahran Market & Chapel Street), Malvern Rd, Orrong Rd, Riddell Pde, Clarence St, Kooyong Rd, Gardenvale Rd to the terminus at North Rd and Nepean Hwy.
To Sunshine
Departs from the terminus at North Rd and Nepean Hwy and runs via Kooyong Rd to Clarence St, Riddell Pde, Orrong Rd, Commercial Rd, St Kilda Rd, Southbank Bvd, City Rd, Power St and Queens Bridge to the City terminus at the corner of Queen St and Flinders La. From City bus runs via Queen St, Franklin St (Queen Victoria Market), Peel St, Dudley St, Footscray Rd, Napier St, Nicholson St and Irving St to Footscray Railway Station. From Footscray Railway Station bus runs via Leeds St, Paisley St, Victoria St, Barkly St, Ashley St, Ballarat Rd and Hampshire Rd to Bus Interchange Bay 4 at Sunshine Railway Station. HIGH SERVICE ROUTE: Route 220 is a premium service, featuring frequent service and extended operating hours. PLEASE NOTE: From 18/2/2013 the stop at Footscray Plaza in French St has been moved to Paisley St temporarily for 12 months due to constructions in the area.
