Trams commence in Latrobe Street near Spencer Street (City) and run via Latrobe Street, St Vincents Plaza, Victoria Parade, Victoria Street, Barkers Road, High Street and Doncaster Road to terminate near Balwyn Road (Balwyn North). NOTE: Weekday peak hour service only. At other times board Route 35 (City Circle), 30, 109 or 48.

Trams commence in Doncaster Road near Balwyn Road (Balwyn North), and run via Doncaster Road, High Street, Barkers Road, Victoria Street, Victoria Parade, St Vincents Plaza and Latrobe Street to terminate near Spencer Street (City).
