Departs from the terminus at Box Hill Transport Centre (Stop No. 7) and runs via Station Street, Thames Street, Nelson Road, Severn Street, Elgar Road, Melrose Street, Braemar Street, Bundoran Parade, Kinsale Crescent, Erne Street and Union Road to Surrey Hills Railway Station. Then via Union Road, Kent Road, Middlesex Road, Prospect Hill Road, Station Street, Riversdale Road, Butler Street, Camberwell Road, Bowen Street, Toorak Road, Glen Iris Road, Kerferd Road, Muswell Hill, High and Wills Streets to Glen Iris Railway Station. Then via Wills Street, High Street, Albion Road, St Georges Crescent, Solway Street, Winton Road, Malvern Road, Waverley Road and Chadstone Road to the terminus at Chadstone Shopping Centre (Bay 1).
