New buses for Eynesbury and Weir Views

From Sunday 8 December, we’re introducing a new bus service between Eynesbury and Melton Station via Weir Views. The new Route 452 will run seven days a week with weekday services every 15 – 30 minutes during busy periods and up to 40 minutes at other times. On weekends, Route 452 will run every 60 minutes.

Route 452 will connect Eynesbury residents to public transport for the first time, with a direct service to Melton Station. This will make it easier to access trains, other buses and key destinations like Opalia Plaza, Woodgrove Shopping Centre and Melton Town Centre.

Getting off and on the bus at Melton Station

Route 452 will drop off passengers at any empty bus bay at Melton Station bus interchange. It will then travel to the end of the route on Staughton St where passengers can also choose to hop off. If no bus bay is available when Route 452 arrives at the interchange, passengers will be dropped off at the Staughton St stop. All Route 452 buses travelling toward Eynesbury will depart from the terminus stop on Staughton St.

Passengers should check the timetable and map before they travel.
