Bendigo PTV Hub
The Bendigo PTV Hub is scheduled to close at 6pm on 30 August 2024.
We are introducing a new customer service model which takes support to more locations across Victoria, increasing access to our services and allowing us to be more responsive to the needs of our customers.
Pop-up hubs will soon operate across the state for most of the year, providing more Victorians with to access PTV services and providing location-based support for new initiatives including network or ticketing changes.
Customers will continue to be supported by customer service staff located within train stations in the Bendigo areas.

Student Passes
The records of PTV School Student ID’s, Victorian Student Passes and Regional Student Passes issued at the PTV Customer Service Hub at Bendigo will be relocated to Bendigo Station.
