Where to find us
Southern Cross Station (on concourse near the corner of Spencer Street and Collins Street)
Monday to Friday: 7.30am to 6.30pm
Weekends and public holidays: 9am to 5pm
Closed: Christmas Day
Please note on Friday 30 August 2024 the Geelong and Bendigo hubs will close.
Following the closure of the regional hubs, PTV will be introducing a flexible pop-up customer service hub model. This means we can tailor our services and provide more location-based customer service support across Victoria.
Geelong (Westfield Shopping Centre, 95 Malop Street, Geelong - ground floor near Target entrance)
Monday to Thursday: 9am to 5.30pm
Friday: 9am to 9pm
Saturday: 9am to 5pm
Sunday: 10am to 5pm
The Geelong Customer Service hub will close at 6pm on Friday 30 August 2024.

Monday to Wednesday: 9am to 5.30pm
Thursday and Friday: 9am to 6pm
Saturday: 9am to 4pm
Sunday: Closed
