Travelling by tram

Extra trams will run throughout the night to get you into the city and back home again.

As roads will be closed, service changes will apply across the network.

Trams along Swanston, Flinders and Collins streets, St Kilda Road and in Docklands will run an altered service from 4pm Tuesday 31 December until 4am Wednesday 1 January.

Consider using City Loop trains with City Loop running until 3am, as an alternative travel option. City Loop stations will be open until 3am and Flinders Street and Southern Cross stations open all night.
