Extra public transport services are running from and to the Moonee Valley Racecourse on Friday 25 October 2024. 

Gates open at 5.15pm 

First Race at 6.15pm 

Last race at 9.45pm

Extra public transport services are running from and to the Moonee Valley Racecourse on Saturday 26 October 2024. 

Gates open at 10.40am 

First Race at 12.10pm 

Last race at 5.50pm

MVRC will run a FREE shuttle bus service from Moonee Ponds station to the racecourse and return aligning with the below train timetable.  

Forward Moonee Ponds from Flinders Street Station (from Platform 4)  

  • 9.14am to 12.55pm every 20 minutes, arriving at Moonee ponds Station 

Return to Flinders Street (direct) from Moonee Ponds Station  

  • 5.41pm to 8.31pm every 20 minutes departing at Moonee Ponds Station 

Please note: Craigieburn train services operate to / from Flinders Street direct. They will not operate via the Underground Loop.

Please note: Stop 34 – Moonee Ponds Civic Centre – will be CLOSED from 3.30pm to 7.30pm. All passengers are advised to use Stop 33
