After you’ve topped up online, you need to wait for our system to process your top up before you can touch on.
What to do after topping up online:
1. Wait around 45 minutes. Topped up over 45 minutes ago? No need to wait again.
2. Touch on next time you travel
3. Top up complete
After touching on:
- a myki Money top up gets added to your balance and can be used to pay for your trip
- a myki Pass activates, if your travel involves zone(s) included in your pass
