Closure of regional hubs
Following the closure of the Bendigo and Geelong regional hubs in August 2024, PTV have introduced a flexible pop-up customer service hub model. This means we can tailor our services and provide more location-based customer service support across Victoria.

myki and ticketing
- buy a new myki card
- top up a myki card
- replace a registered myki card that has expired, doesn't work anymore or is lost
- refund the balance of a myki and create an online account
- set Auto Top Up for a myki
- help with myki travel history and account enquiries
- redeem a Free Travel Voucher
