Buses replace trains between Caulfield and Westall from 1am Saturday 26 April to last service Sunday 27 April, due to Metro Tunnel works.

Allow extra time.

Exit Caulfield Station on to Normanby Road. Turn right and proceed to bus stop in 50 metres.

Exit Caulfield Station on to Normanby Road. Turn right and proceed to bus stop in 50 metres.

Carnegie

Koornang Road

From Carnegie Station, walk on to Koornang Road and proceed to the bus stop near the station entrance.

Koornang Road

Exit Carnegie Station on to Koornang Road, cross Koornang Road, turn left and proceed to the bus stop in 30 metres.

Murrumbeena

Neerim Road

Exit Murrumbeena Station on to Neerim Road and turn right. Cross Neerim Road at pedestrian crossing and turn right. Proceed to Metro designated bus stop, located next to laneway.

Neerim Road

Exit Murrumbeena Station on to Neerim Road and turn right. Proceed to bus stop, located past the pedestrian crossing.

Hughesdale Poath Road

Exit Hughesdale Station on to Poath Road. At the pedestrian crossing, cross Poath Road and turn right towards the bus stop.

Poath Road

Exit Hughesdale Station on to Poath Road. Proceed to the bus stop at the front of the station entrance.

Oakleigh Haughton Road, Oakleigh Station Entrance

Exit Oakleigh Station on to Haughton Road. Turn left and proceed to bus stop, located in front of station entrance.

Haughton Road

Exit Oakleigh Station on to Haughton Road at the pedestrian crossing. Cross Haughton Road and turn left. Proceed to Metro designated bus stop, approximately 20 metres.

Huntingdale

Huntingdale Road

Exit Huntingdale Station towards the car park/bus interchange. Cross the bus interchange at the pedestrian crossing, turn left proceed to the bus stop.

Huntingdale Road

Exit Huntingdale Station towards the car park/Bus interchange. Cross the bus interchange at the pedestrian crossing, turn right proceed to the designated bus stop just outside the bus interchange on Huntingdale Road.

Clayton

Carinish Road

Exit Clayton Station, turn right on to Carinish Road and use pedestrian crossing to cross Carinish Road. Turn right on to Carinish Road, safely cross Mary Street and proceed to Metro designated bus stop.

Exit Clayton Station, turn right on to Carinish Road and proceed to Metro designated bus stop.

Westall

Rayhur Street, Westall Station Entrance

Exit Westall Station on to Rayhur Street and proceed to Metro designated bus stop on the right located in front of station entrance.

Rayhur Street, Westall Station Entrance

Exit Westall Station on to Rayhur Street and proceed to Metro designated bus stop on the right located in front of station entrance.

Travelling on rail-replacement bus services

Passengers with accessibility needs are advised to contact their local train station in advance or ask staff at the replacement bus stops to organise travel.

For the safety and comfort of all passengers, there are restrictions on what you may take with you on buses.

You cannot:

  • Take a conventional bike on a bus or tram (only folding bikes that meet the size criteria).
  • Take an animal on a bus or tram unless it is in a suitable container. Exceptions apply for assistance dogs.
  • Take a surfboard on a tram or a bus.
