Route 505 extra weekday trips

From 12 February 2023, 13 additional services will be introduced on weekdays during the morning and evening peak periods, as well as during the interpeak.

Passengers will benefit from improved access to key locations including the University of Melbourne and University High School, Melbourne Zoo, Mercy Health Aged Care, the Royal Melbourne Hospital, as well as Royal Park and Princes Park.  

Passengers will benefit from 2 additional services in the AM peak as well as 4 additional services in the PM peak.

Between 9am and 2pm on weekdays, services will be boosted to operate every 40 minutes. Currently, services operate every 60 minutes.

There are no changes to Saturday and Sunday services.
